What is this brain teaser called?!?!?

my teacher gave us a brain teaser in cl and it was alot of fun! we had to figure out the names of the nfl football teams. for example the first one said "seven squared" and the answer was the 49ers. can anyone help me and tell me what these are called???!! thanks!
