I had a dream, can anyone tell me what it means?!!!!?

Recently a friend of mine died. Last night I had a dream that I was walking in the hall at my school and I saw him. I went over and touched his hair, and he was saying something but I can't remember what. I said, " Hey you look and act just like Jim" (which is his name) later we walked to a cl we had together and outside was some cookies and skittles. You were supposed to pay for them, but he took a walnut cookie and I took some skittles. We went inside the clroom and there was an empty seat where Jim used to sit. I thought it was so sad that Jim was gone, even though he was right by me. For some reason I didn't acknowledge that the guy that looked and acted like Jim WAS Jim. Our teacher told Jim to put the cookie back......WTF does that mean?
