Good food in San Antonio?

Hello! I just moved to San Antonio from Colorado & live around the Medical Center. I was just wondering where I can find some good restaurants?? We love dining out & eating specifically Mexican, Chinese, BBQ, Italian... but are pretty much open to any others. We ate at Matamoro's the other night and it was great, but there was no chili? Does Texas Mexican food not have chili? Also, what are some good Tex-Mex places as well as good authentic Mexican food places? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
