I need help deciding if this is a good car or not...can you help?

Seems fair, but as always try to talk them down if you do decide to buy it. I also recommend that when you go to check it out and take it for a test drive that you listen for any clinking or clanking or rough running. If it does those you don't want to buy it. If you know how you might also want to check the oil, not just to be sure it has enough in it but to be sure the oil is fairly clean which might give you an idea of how well the car has been taken care of in the past. Civics are usually fairly reliable cars so it would be good if that is what your looking for.
