I need a new fun, creative way to exchange Christmas gifts at a party.?

We have a yearly ornament exchange at our Christmas party. I have run out of ideas of the exchanging part. We have run the gamet on drawing names, numbers, going forward and backwards, ect. Any fun idea's out there?
