Does he like me? are we just friends?

there is this guy, i like him....but i dont know if he likes me or is just being super friendly.....like this one time i bumped my head on a door and he said "awww want me to kiss it?" like a mom would say and i said "yeah, thx mom" not thinking he was gonna do anything and he kissed the top of my head....this other time i was talking on the fone and he just randomly started playing with my hair ...i pretended like i didn't notice and he said "u have really soft hair"... there was another time when a bunch of mine and his friends went to the beach, they buried me in the sand and i wanted to get out but they all ran away except him. he pulled me out and i kinda stumbled on to him and he looked at me really intently and seriously (not like mad-serious, like thinking-serious)...he calls me names like shorty, because im shorter than him, but not really short in comparison to others, and he jokes sometimes and says "ewwwwww its youuu" and one time i said "im not gross" after he would say "ewww its you" and he said "oh no i was just kidding, ur not gross at ALL" with emphasise on the ALL......so does he like me? because i really like him...he's really really cute and same age as me...i really want him to like me...
