Will the British Army take me on when i have a Hydrocele?

Hey, I recently applied for the British Army and I am currently at the stage where i need to be medically cleared by the military doctors in order to do the 2 day selection course. while filling the form in i had to write down if i have any bodily pain, abnormalities or any other medical problems. 2 days before acquiring the form i had a doctors appointment over a swollen testicle which i have had for 3 years but haven't bothered to do anything about. Anyway it turned out that i have a smallish Hydrocele on my right testicle, it causes me no pain what so ever and it isn't big enough to be a discomfort (which is why i didn't get it checked for years). So i am just wondering if this will cause me any issues with joining the Army? I really hope not as I have recently left my parents house due to complications and i am staying with a friend on borrowed time.
