Should i break the LDR off?

Ok so I met thisguy thru skype while I was chatting with a close friend of mine we hit it of and eventually skype text and call eachother daily. We eventually started dating and it has been a month now but I am not sure if I want to continue for several reasons: he is in the marines and is manny miles away and wen he gets back he flys home to SD and I am 8 hrs away 2)we lately since he has gone home for the holidays I imagined we would talk more then wen he is on base but it seems like we dnt we hardly talk now or. Skype 3) he is planning to continue to sereve for another 4 yrs and is being deployed in Jan &I even wonder if I am just living in a fantacy world idk if he is just telling me what iwant to hear even though my friend tells me other wise and from what I have gotten to know him he. Is down to earth genuine smart and funny but the whole LDR idk its honestly hard for me especially since I tend to have a commitment issues I really do like the guy but idk what to do any advise please? And how should I go about to telling him?
