Menopause or Not and I'm NOT Pregnant?

My cycles have been running about 26 days apart and "Aunt Flow" was due on July 1st. She just came to see me today - I'm 45 and have been praying for the "pause" - could this be it? And also will the length of time between "visits" stay the same or vary? I took a home pregnancy test to make sure I wasn't having another baby and it was negative.
