Menopause ?

Am i being silly or do others feel the same ? i'm 50 "only just" i started getting hot flushes about 2 years ago, thay have slowed down now, my periods have been regular , but i should have came on last wed, so far no sign of them, part of me is pleased, but more of me feels unhappy because this means i'm old , please tell me how you coped with the menopause. thanks.
