How can I form a band?

I am a singer/songwriter/bist and have been told I am very talented at all these things, but I don't have a large group of friends and I need to find a drummer, a guitarist and a pianist (not absolutely needed but I'd prefer it, many songs I write I've imagined piano parts) anyway, I plan on having I rock band that ranges anywhere from slow soft rock (Similar to Elton John and Billy Joel) to Pop Metal (Similar to Bon Jovi and Journey) how do I go about forming a band.
