I don't understand Hillary's attempts to disenfranchise some voters while re-enfranchising others?

It's as pointless as arguing about sports statistics. Just like in sports, there's already an agreed way of determining the winner - in sports it's the score, and in the primaries it will be the delegate counts at the convention.
