Exercise Suggestions?

Would anyone happen to have any suggestions for a work out routine? I do not go to a gym. I do not have the time. And I do not have the $$ to just give away and barely go to the gym. I would like a daily work out routine that I can do at home or outside to tone my stomach and my thighs and backside. Thanks in advance for any feedback. (A diet suggestion would be great too).
