Ear pain please help !?

alright well my doctor told me a few moths ago that i had alot of wax in my ear and that it was probably affecting my hearing so he tried pumping it out with this water gun thingy, nothing was happening and it was quite painful the doctor told me it was because my ear wax was too hard he told me to buy some cerumol its a oil type thing that helps soften the wax so i used it for like a week then couldnt be bothered anymore and now a few months have past since i last used the cerumol my hearing is really bad in the morning i wake up with blocked ears so i decided to use the cerumol again and ive been using it for like 3 or 4 days and now my ears are blocked even worse and my left ear feels like the hole is getting smaller and it feels like somethings growing on it like a pimple or something but it doesnt look red or or anything so its probably not but my right ear is kinda getting the same thing and and its starting to hurt abit my wax in my ear feels like its not lossening up and my ears have been blocked for like 4 days im scared to go to the doctors because if they use that gun thing on me again to clean the wax its gonna be in my ear and my ears really painful so im not sure what to do \
