Did adam and eve fart and be like "ewww what that nasty smell? Did u fart?" spiritually speaking?

Did they have to go through that small amount of negativity even though they were not in sin? (talking about before they ate from tree of knowledge). Or did that farting gross smell problem happen after they ate from that knowledge tree as part of their punishment?
